In a recent commentary, three nationally-respected educational choice leaders from the Cato Institute, Friedman Foundation, and Heritage Foundation, reject a "one size fits all" K-12 tax credit scholarship program model that, by requiring student scholarship organizations ("SSOs") to award scholarships to students to attend any private school they desire, would eliminate the ability of SSOs to implement responsive models that satisfy the mission and choices of their scholarship families, participating private schools, and donors.
