Proposal to Increase Education Expense Tax Credits from $58 Million to $100 Million

Rep. Earl Ehrhart has introduced a House Bill 759 to increase the statewide cap to $100 million for donations to Student Scholarship Organizations. If enacted into law, House Bill 759 would begin in 2014.
