Wingfield: Just raise the cap

The Georgia Department of Revenue has announced that the $58 million cap on available education expense tax credits for 2015 was reached on January 1.

Meanwhile, today, the AJC's Kyle Wingfield explained why Georgia legislators should simply raise the cap that is available to all Georgia taxpayers, not giving preferential treatment to a few SSOs and their corporate contributors.
