The REACH-GOAL Scholars Fund, named "REACH" for "Raising Educational Achievement with Community Help" enables individuals and corporations to contribute to a means-tested GOAL fund that awards scholarships (capped at a certain maximum amount) directly to students from low income families as recommended by GOAL participating schools.

Since inception in 2012, the Fund has awarded $5.7 million in scholarships to deserving students throughout Georgia. For the 2024-25 academic year, $554,998 in scholarships have been awarded to 86 students, enabling them to attend the Georgia private schools of their parents’ choice.
